Yesterday morning I had an eye doctor’s appointment in Houston. When I got out, I decided to take a trek, with my camera, to the Houston Zoo to take some pictures.
It was a hell of a lot of fun, I’ve only really got one gripe about the whole experience and that was the weather. It was cloudy with a little rain and I would have much preferred sunny weather so the animals’ colors would have a little more pop, but oh well. The cloudiness does eliminate harsh shadows, though, so that’s a win.
Anyway, here’s a preview:
That, of course, would be a leopard. The same one I sent a cell picture of to TwitPic yesterday.
Look for them to start coming next week.
