Teens are (often) stupid, here’s the proof

Fighting it out, bumper car styie:

"Friends don't let friends drive mad" might need to become a teenage adage.

Two Orange teenagers drew police attention Wednesday evening when their boyfriend-girlfriend spat turned into a bumper-car game with real vehicles.

A 17-year-old girl driving a 1991 Ford S10 pickup truck said her boyfriend had hit the back of her truck with his 1989 Mercury Grand Marquis.

Later, the 17-year-old boyfriend in the Grand Marquis drove back to the scene. He told the officer they had been arguing at a house on Curtis and 13th Street. When he started to drive away, she blocked his way with her truck.

That’s it, my kids aren’t getting drivers licenses’ until they’re 18!
