Camera phones and pets

NOTE: links may contain sound, so you might wanna grab some headphones if you're at work

I got a new cell phone yesterday since my old one was about to give out. It's got a pretty suimple (read: poor quality) camera on it.

This afternoon I decided I wanted to get a shot of Bruiser to use as my wallpaper.

No problem, right?

Hardly.

When I got out the phone and started aiming it at him the first time (in my bedroom) he saw something shiny in my hand and must have been thinking "oooh, it's shiny and new. I must investigate" and then proceeded to walk up and sniff it, then darted out of the room.

I followed him and he decided to stay still and let me. The problem is that the camera w2anted to use the little built-in flash and that made his big brown eyes a really bright greenish color, so that's no good.

Since he wanted outside anyways, I threw on some sandals and went with him, where I finally got something that works.
