I've been using one of your TV tuners for well over a year and a half. I've tolerated your crappy hardware and buggy software because it got the job done.
Well, tonight it didn't.
Ya see, I set it up to record House for me tonight while I was out playing softball.
When I got home, I hopped onto my computer to check it and I see an error message that PMCloader.exe encountered a problem and needs to close.
I checked my videos folder, nothing there.
DAMN YOU!!!
Because of some "problem" with your crappy software I missed the first episode of House since the strike!
THANK YOU VERY FUCKING MUCH!!!
Your tuner will be replaced ASAP.

I've had the same kinds of problems in the past and I don't use their gear any more. Pinnacle's stuff really has been amazingly buggy. I don't get it. It's a pretty simple thing when you get right down to it.
Hulu will get it so you can catch it... Still sucks though.
