Taking the ego out of blogging

For some reason, I feel like throwing the entire blogging world on it's head right now.

Blame iheartblackeyes over at mainly random. for that.

She'd IM's me to tell me she was going on a holiday from blogging and we gpt tp talking about stuff... and it got me thinking... and I've come to one conclusion.

Fuck statistics.

I've never really looked at the stats much anyway, but some people really get into them.

I started blogging because, well, a chick talked me into it.

That's how guys get into a lot of stuff, right? But I digress.

In the two years I've had this place, I've made a handfull of great connections. Great people that, otherwise, I would have never come across.

To me, that's what this whole thing is about. Making connections and having fun.

I just wish more people would see it that way.
